Shipping and Returns
Shipping worldwide:
Shipping is free worldwide with FedEx or DHL.
International orders are shipped with FedEx or DHL. Delivery times are 2-3 days within Europe and 3-5 days for the rest of the world.
All products are shipped from our store in Naples, Italy.
Orders placed after Friday afternoon, as well as on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
All shipments are trackable. After the goods have been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to check the status on the DHL or FedEx website.
For orders from outside the EU, customs import charges may apply when the package reaches the destination country.
These costs are the responsability of the recipient and are handled by the carrier.
Orders placed before December 19th at 2:00 PM are delivered in time for Christmas (worldwide)
Returns and exchanges:
We accept your request for a replacement or return with maximum availability.
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
For Christmas, for orders placed from November 25th, returns or exchanges are extended until January 15th.
A replacement or return can only be made if the item has not been used and is in perfect condition (including the original packaging).
In Italy, return shipping is free and and will be collected by our GLS courier. For all other countries, return shipping is charged to the customer using our FedEx or DHL courier.
The shipping cost will be communicated in advance by email.
The return request must be made by email indicating the order number, or by completing the return request form at this link.
You do not have to ship the package yourself but wait for the collection by our GLS courier for Italy, and FedEx or DHL for the rest of the world.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
