Payment methods:

Credit cards and debit cards (circuit Stripe)
It is possible to pay through the main credit and prepaid cards using the secure Stripe circuit.
This system allows anyone with a credit card to be able to purchase in a simple, fast and secure way.
The sensitive data of the owner (name, card number, expiry date, etc.) are transmitted only to Gestpay and are protected by encrypted systems so that no one can in any way learn about them.

Paypal
By choosing the payment method PayPal, the customer can pay directly through your Paypal account. We reserve the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
Paypal is the payment system fast, safe and simple to use, that allows you to shop with maximum protection.
With Paypal your information is protected. The details of your credit card are never shared with online stores.

Bank Transfer
Choosing payment via bank transfer, the conclusion of the order the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing the bank details, following which the merchandise is set aside pending the arrival of the bank account. The customer is required to send a copy of payment via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of order confirmation.
If within that period we do not receive the copy of the payment, we will delete the order.
We will ship the order when the transfer has reached our bank account.

Warranty:
All products offered are covered by manufacturer's warranty of two years for defects, according to DL 24/02.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse and will not accept liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use.
To take advantage of the guarantee of a product purchased, just contact us to arrange the sending of the object at our office.

Shipping worldwide:

Shipping is free all over the world by Fedex or Dhl courier.

International shipments will be made via courier Fedex or Dhl, the delivery times are 2/3 days for Europe and for the rest of the world 3/5 days.

All products are shipped from our store site in Naples (Italy)
Orders placed after Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Shipments are traceable, after the goods have been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the shipping status on DHL or Fedex web-sites.

For orders from outside the EU will be charged customs import charges when the package reaches its destination country.
These costs are borne by the recipient and are treated by the carrier.

Returns and changes:

We accept your request for replacement or return with maximum availability.

The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order (50 days for orders placed from November 25th to December 24th).

Replacement or return can only be made if the item received has not been used and is in perfect condition (including the original packaging).
In Italy the return shipment is free and takes place with the collection of our Gls courier, for all other countries the return shipment is charged to the customer using our Fedex or DHL courier.
The cost of shipping will be communicated in advance by email.

The request for the return must be made by e-mail indicating the order number or by completing the return request form on this link.
You do not have to make the shipment but wait for the collection of our Gls courier for Italy and Fedex or Dhl for the rest of the world.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
